For practical planning, output is rated up to 3,941 lumens (wide) and 1,483 lumens (narrow), with illuminance of 13,939 lux at 5 m (5°) and 378 lux at 5 m (55°), giving you a clear sense of how it will read in the air versus on scenic and cyc.

Fast, Smooth Movement and Flexible Control

The fixture’s small size supports superfast, smooth pan and tilt movement, with 540° pan and 230° tilt available, plus selectable pan and tilt ranges (180°, 360°, 540° pan and 90°, 180°, 230° tilt) for tighter rigs or faster programming. It supports simple and complex DMX channel profiles for programming versatility and uses 5-pin DMX input/output connections for integration into professional control networks.

Camera-Friendly Dimming, Strobe, and White Control

Rogue R1 BeamWash includes six distinct dimming modes and four dim curves for refined fade behavior on cues, along with electronic shutter and strobe control from 0 to 20 Hz. A selectable PWM setting helps maintain flicker-free operation on camera, and the fixture offers color temperature presets with a CCT range of 2800 to 10000 K, useful when matching key, scenic, or video lighting.

Rigging and Setup

For efficient installation and service, the unit is equipped with an easy-to-read OLED display and straightforward menu options. It is RDM enabled for remote addressing, and the Omega mounting bracket fits all Rogue and Maverick fixtures, simplifying cross-rental and standardized rigging practices within compatible Chauvet Professional systems.
