Clay Paky Arolla Aqua S-LT is an ultra-compact, IP66 weatherproof LED profile built for designers who need long-throw optics and a complete effects package without the bulk. It delivers maximum performance in a smaller rigging footprint, weighing just 25.9 kg (57 lbs) and standing 637 mm (25.07 in) high.

Engineered for indoor or outdoor use and marine-grade certified for salt air and humidity on cruise ships and coastal sites, Arolla Aqua S-LT is designed to stay show-ready in demanding environments. SunSafe auto-head protection helps guard the lenses when the fixture is exposed to direct sunlight.

Light Engine and Output

At its heart is a custom 350W white-LED engine (6500K ± 300K) producing 21,000 lumens (integrating sphere). With a lamp life expectancy of 40,000 hours (L70), it is built for sustained output in touring, broadcast, and permanent installation workflows. CRI is up to 70, with a selectable filter option for CRI up to 88 when color rendering is the priority.

Long-Throw Optics in a Compact IP66 Profile

Arolla Aqua S-LT uses a high-efficiency optical system with a 140 mm (5.5 in) front lens and a 3.8° to 47.2° linear zoom. The refined hotspot is tuned for high-impact aerial looks and crisp image projection at distance, making it a practical choice for high trims, outdoor venues, and stages where coverage and punch both matter.

Color, Framing, and Effects

The fixture’s creative toolset supports fast cueing and detailed looks for live events, TV studios, and festivals. Color control includes fast linear CMY mixing, a linear CTO filter (3000K to 6500K), a 6-slot dichroic color wheel, and a tint channel for fine adjustment. GoBright beam optimization helps preserve output and color integrity even with gobos inserted.

• Framing: 4 blades (±35° inclination) with ±60° rotation of the full system, plus “Total Curtain” single-blade blackout

• Prisms: 1 four-facet conical prism and 1 four-facet linear prism, both with bi-directional rotation and variable speed
• Frost: 2 frost filters (1 heavy, 1 soft) for beam smoothing and diffusion
• Iris: Motorized 3% to 100% linear iris with variable pulse and random effects

Motion, Positioning, and Show Recovery

For dynamic movement effects and simplified programming, Arolla Aqua S-LT offers endless pan and tilt (continuous rotation). Absolute Position tracking and an Electronic Brake help maintain head position and enable reliable recovery after power loss, which is especially valuable in critical show environments. A mechanical pan/tilt lock supports safe transportation and maintenance.

Control and Connectivity

Built-in Wireless DMX, a web interface, and CloudIO compatibility support streamlined remote configuration, diagnostics, monitoring, and firmware updates. This makes the fixture easier to manage across touring rigs, installed systems, and multi-fixture deployments.
